- CAN I ORDER BLACK AND WHITE PRINTS FROM A COLOR PHOTOGRAPH?

Any color photograph can be printed into Black-and-White or a Sepia Tone.
- WHAT DOES RETOUCHING INCLUDE?

Every pose purchased within a package or a la carte will receive basic retouching to remove unwanted blemishes and soften lines on the face at no additional charge. Extensive retouching may require additional fees. If you are concerned about the removal of blemishes, moles, freckles, or others please let us know upon ordering.
- ARE THERE ADDITIONAL RETOUCHING FEES?

Standard retouching is included for all finished portraits. Every effort is made during your portrait session to minimize the need for anything more than standard retouching. However, our experts have the ability to correct other minor imperfections in your photographs. Some of these digital art services include: glasses glare removal, braces removal, reduce sunburn or suntan lines, removal of stray hairs, soften clothing wrinkles, brighten teeth, and removal of tattoos or earrings. All digital art services are done per individual price quote.
- HOW DO I SELECT MY YEARBOOK PORTRAIT?

Yearbook portraits may be chosen at the time you place your order. It does not need to be a pose from your package. As a service to you, one yearbook print is made at no charge. Additional prints may be purchased. If a yearbook image is not chosen by the school’s deadline, Baker Photography will choose an image for you. Once submitted, this image cannot be changed.
- WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?

Each school has a yearbook deadline. It is the senior client’s responsibility to know when that deadline is and to inform Baker Photography at least ten business days before that deadline of his or her yearbook selection.
- WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Each school has requirements for yearbook portraits. It is the senior client’s responsibility to know those requirements and abide by them. Most schools require a classic, head and shoulder pose, which falls into the Yearbook session here at Baker. Please check with your school’s yearbook staff before scheduling your portrait session to find out if the Yearbook session is required. Keep in mind that many schools also have dress requirements.
- HOW CAN I BE SURE MY YEARBOOK PORTRAIT WAS RECEIVED AND ACCEPTED?

Please check with your school’s yearbook staff before the deadline, but at least ten days after submitting your image to Baker to be sure the image was received and is acceptable. It is the senior client’s responsibility to verify his or her yearbook image with the yearbook staff.
- WHY DO YOU COPYRIGHT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS?

When your portrait was created it was copyrighted by our studio. Federal copyright law prohibits the copying of any Baker Photography portrait for any reason without the written consent of Baker Photography. Copying by means of home or commercial scanner, digital or film camera, or other electronic capture device, photocopying, or other mechanical means is against the law.
Why? Simply put, a copied photo always loses much of the original quality, clarity, and color you expect in a Baker portrait. Since this poor quality would reflect on the reputation of our work, we reserve the copyright on every photograph we create. We also reserve the right to refuse to sell photographs to anyone we suspect may attempt to copy them.
- CAN I USE A BAKER PHOTOGRAPHY IMAGE FOR FACEBOOK?

All images are copyrighted by Baker Photography and cannot be used for any purpose without the written consent of Baker Photography. Although if we post your images on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/bakerphotography.co, you may tag yourself and use that image on your page.

WHAT IF I DON”T LIKE MY PORTRAITS?
The last thing you want to worry about when having your pictures taken is whether or not they will turn out like you want them. So, it’s nice to know that at Baker you’ll never be stuck with photos you don’t like. In fact, we’re sure that you will absolutely love your photographs that they are backed with a 100% even-better-than-money-back guarantee…
Guarantee #1: You must be happy with your portrait previews.
If you are not happy with your portrait originals and there is nothing that can be done to correct the problem in the finished portraits, let us know within 48 hours of picking them up and we will create additional poses to your liking at no cost to you, or we’ll refund your entire session fee.
Guarantee #2: You must be happy with your finished portraits.
If your finished portraits are not exactly as you expected them to be, let us know within 48 hours of picking them up and we will correct the problem quickly, or refund your entire order amount.
WHAT OTHER TYPES OF PHOTOGRAPHY CAN YOU DO?
We are a full-service photography studio. In addition to high school seniors we photograph families, weddings, special events, and more. Baker Photography services many local school districts. If you have a photographic need, we are sure to have the resources to help.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
Baker Photography is also a full service frame shop. You will be pleasantly surprised at the frame selection and prices. All portraits purchased with a frame will be completely framed and ready to hang upon pick-up.
HOW CAN I BE A BAKER PHOTOGRAPHY MODEL?
Models are members of the Junior class who are chosen to represent Baker Photography for the upcoming school year. All models must be photographed for the first time no later than April 30 of their Junior year. The experience is fun and rewarding. No other program gives you as much variety in your senior portraits. If you are interested in becoming a Baker Photography ambassador please contact us for more information.
